8. Feedback

If you give feedback about the Token Metrics APIs to Token Metrics, you give to Token Metrics, without charge, the right to use, share and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You will not provide feedback subject to a license requiring Token Metrics to license its software or documentation to third parties because Token Metrics includes your feedback. These rights survive these API Terms.
