11. Termination

a) We may suspend or immediately terminate these API Terms, any rights granted herein, and/or your license to the Token Metrics APIs (or any Token Metrics Offering, if applicable), in our sole discretion at any time, for any reason. You may terminate these API Terms anytime by ceasing access to the Token Metrics APIs.

b) Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately expire, and you must cease use of the Token Metrics APIs. You must also comply with the Customer's instruction to return or delete any data accessed or obtained through the Token Metrics APIs unless expressly permitted by Token Metrics or prohibited by law. Neither party will be liable to the other for any damages resulting solely from the termination of these API Terms.
