2. Defined Terms

a) "Customer(s)" means the licensee or user of your Application.

b) " Token Metrics APIs" means (i) any form of machine-accessible application programming interface that Token Metrics makes available that provides access to a Token Metrics Offering, including all associated tools, elements, components, and executables therein, (ii) any Token Metrics sample code that enables interactions with a Token Metrics Offering, and (iii) documentation that Token Metrics makes available to help enable your access to the Token Metrics APIs.

c) " Token Metrics Offering" means any online data access or other service offered by Token Metrics.
