9. Confidentiality

You may be given access to certain non-public information, software, and specifications relating to the Token Metrics APIs (" Confidential Information"), which are confidential and proprietary to Token Metrics. You may use Confidential Information only when exercising your rights granted under these API Terms. Without Token Metrics' prior written consent, you may not disclose confidential information to any third party. You agree that you will protect confidential information from unauthorized use, access, or disclosure in the same manner you would use to protect your confidential and proprietary information.
