Investor Grades 📈

The Investor Grade endpoint provides long-term assessments of cryptocurrency assets using Token Metrics' proprietary research methodology, which considers an asset's Technology, Fundamentals, and Valuation Grades. The endpoint provides grades based on these analyses, combined to create the TM Investor Grade, a comprehensive indicator of Token Metrics' outlook on the asset.

Parameters: TOKEN_ID, START_DATE, END_DATE, SYMBOL, CATEGORY, EXCHANGE, MARKET CAP, VOLUME, FDV, INVESTOR GRADE

Datapoints:

TOKEN_ID

Token ID for identifying each cryptocurrency (e.g., the Token ID of BTC is 3375).

TOKEN_NAME

The name of the crypto asset (e.g., Bitcoin).

DATE

The date of calculation of the grades.

---

TM_INVESTOR_GRADE

The Token Metrics Investor Grade comprises all the aforementioned grades and can indicate Token Metrics' long-term outlook on the asset.

TM_INVESTOR_GRADE_7D_PCT_CHANGE

Represents the 7 days percentage change in TM Investor Grade.

FUNDAMENTAL_GRADE

The Token Metrics Fundamental Grade is based on Fundamental Analysis, such as Community, Project's team, Investors and Tokenomics.

TECHNOLOGY_GRADE

The Token Metrics Technology Grade is based on Code Review, Technology and Security Analysis. It primarily focuses on code analysis, developer community, and auditing while providing indications of the security of a project from a technology standpoint.

VALUATION_GRADE

The Token Metrics Valuation Grade assesses the valuation of the asset. It primarily focuses on relative performances compared to the coin's sector.

DEFI_USAGE_SCORE

Assesses the overall project use in all DeFi protocols, indicating its popularity and practical utility in the marketplace.

TOKENOMICS_SCORE

Assesses the tokenomics of the project, including supply and distribution.

COMMUNITY_SCORE

Evaluates the size and engagement level of the project's community, which can reflect the project's acceptance and potential for growth. This includes Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and SEO.

EXCHANGE_SCORE

Rates the reputation and reliability of the exchanges where the project's tokens are listed.

VC_SCORE

Measures the quality of the Investors backing up the project.

The Technology and Fundamental score provided by De.Fi.

ACTIVITY_SCORE

Assesses the development activity, including bug fixes and updates.
