This endpoint provides all the historical Investor Portfolios. These are the model portfolios designed to provide alpha for long term customers, updated quarterly.

PORTFOLIO_DATE

The date of the portfolio.

TOKEN_ID

Token ID for identifying each cryptocurrency (e.g., the Token ID of BTC is 3375).

TOKEN_NAME

The name of the crypto asset (e.g., Bitcoin).

---

TOKEN_SYMBOL

The symbol of the crypto asset (e.g., BTC).

---

INDEX_WEIGHT

The weight of the token in the portfolio (all weights in one date add up to 100%).

---

AMOUNT_OF_TOKENS

The quantity of tokens to hold in the portfolio.

---

INITIAL_PRICE

The price at which the token was purchased to be part of the portfolio.

Example use-case

This is where the Token Metrics Data API offers significant value to Investors. The API provides model portfolios based on extensive data and AI models. Our proprietary TM investor Grade is used to create indices, allowing Investors to follow our long term model portfolio. Investors can choose to directly follow the investments from our Indices, or they can also create a comparative portfolio using their own strategies for better drawdown and volatility metrics.
